It’s not easy.
You can have the best intentions, create the perfect plan, and then life gets in the way. Obstacles are thrown in our way. You’ve missed following through on your commitment today. It happens to the best of us. But if you are not careful one missed commitment can easily slide into several and before you know it you’re on the path of average, a path of ordinary, a path of meh.

1. Re-commit. Get back on the path of action. Re-start your commitment tomorrow, first thing in the morning. Or better yet before you go to sleep tonight.
